Thaine J. Fischer
Principal
Business Biography
Thaine
began his career as a real estate agent with Pinnacle Peak
Realty.
In 1987,
he accepted a position with Resort Suites and embarked on
a career in vacation home rental and management. After just
one year with Resort Suites, Thaine founded Fischer Villa
Resort Management at the age of 26.
Fischer Villa Resort Management
operated three locations in Arizona: Mesa, Scottsdale and
Tucson.
The company managed
nearly 250 units and later added two locations in Branson,
Missouri. By 1999, Fischer Villa Resort Management was well
positioned, so Thaine sold the company to ResortQuest Arizona,
a publicly traded company that is the nation’s largest
vacation rentals and second home management company. In April
of 2002, ResortQuest Arizona approached Thaine to take over
its Arizona operations and assist the company in growing
the Arizona market. With Thaine at the helm,
the
Arizona operations tackled several pilot programs for the
company.
In 1995,
Thaine, Ben Brooks and Greg Sprunk co-founded the Arizona
Chapter of Entrepreneurs Organization.
Thaine served on the executive board for many years and as
President for part of that term. He was very involved
in the development of the Chapter, recruiting
new members, developing programs, communicating with national
offices and building the prestige of the Arizona group.
By the time Thaine resigned as President, the
organization grew from the three founding members to more
than 30 active members. Thaine continues to be involved
in the Chapter, which now has over 100 members
and was voted the Best Chapter in the world.
Thaine became intrigued
by the Capital Legal Services, Inc. business
model during his consulting term and purchased the company
18 months later. Capital Legal Services, Inc. is a legal document preparation company that specializes
in forming corporations, LLCs, Living Trusts and Wills.

member
for the
