Capital Legal Services, Inc. (CLS) always values the opportunity to meet with our clients, but understands that time and distance may be a factor. Therefore, the intake process (providing the information to CLS to prepare your documents) may be done via our online form, giving a CLS Representative the information over the phone or coming into our office for a personal appointment.

Once CLS has all of the necessary information to create your Limited Liability Company (LLC) documents, we will do the preliminary name search for your LLC, and when requested, review the information provided with your CPA/EA. At this point, your LLC documents will be prepared.

Typically, CLS Representatives meets with clients to review their LLC documents and obtain the necessary signatures to complete this part of the process; however, at a client’s request, the documents may also be mailed to him or her for review and signature.*

Once signatures and the required checks associated with filing and publicizing an LLC have been obtained, CLS will hand deliver the company’s Articles of Organization to the Arizona Corporation Commission. We also arrange for the publication of the Articles at this time.

Our service will return your approved Articles to CLS, at which time we will get your employer identification number (if requested, this may be obtained earlier) and apply for other applicable federal and state filings.

Finally, if CLS will be preparing your annual minutes, we will keep your embossed, corporate minute book in-house and send you a full copy of your formation documents or we will forward your book with the original documents enclosed to the mailing address provided. Either way, with your consent, a copy of your LLC documents will be sent to your CPA/EA.

Timeline: CLS will prepare your paperwork for your signature within five (5) business days; however, for an additional fee, it can be turned around within one (1) business day.
