Capital Legal Services, Inc. (CLS) always values the opportunity to meet with our clients and understands the personal nature of estate planning, but we also understand that time and distance may be a factor. Therefore, the intake process (providing the information to CLS to prepare your documents) may be done by giving a CLS Representative the information over the phone or coming into our office for a personal appointment.

Once CLS has all of the necessary information, we will prepare your documents and send them to you via certified mail, so you may review the documents and request any changes at that time, or you may schedule an appointment to come in and review them with a CLS Representative.

After the documents have been reviewed, you will meet with a CLS Representative, who will obtain the necessary signatures/initials, and ask you important questions in order to complete the Revocable Living Trust (also Living Trust) and the documents that accompany it. Once the documents have been signed by you and the witnesses, and the CLS Representative has notarized the documents, you will be provided with the originals and a full copy of all the documents.

Timeline. Once CLS has been provided the information to prepare your documents, which is usually gathered during the initial intake, we prepare your paperwork within ten (10) business days. However, under special circumstances, it may be turned around more quickly. Our “rush fee” may apply.
